I called and got a quote over the phone, then John came out and took some measurements, within a couple weeks he came back and replaced the glass in my windows. We first used Johnson Glass & Mirror back in 2009 to replace 12 thermal window panes that had fogged in our Whitby home. I called a couple of different window company’s and they all suggested replacing the complete windows, frame and glass. This was very expensive. We than phoned Johnson Glass & Mirror, they were recommended by our neighbors who had mirror closet doors installed a couple of years prior and were very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship from this company.

We phoned and Sharon answer the phone, we explained our problems with our windows and how we had already had some quotes, Sharon asked a few question about our windows, then suggested replacing only the thermal pane glass. I gave her some approximate measurements for a quote.

Sharon phoned the next day and went over the quote. The quote was less than half what we were quoted from the window companies and the warranty was the same or better than the other companies. We made the decision and booked an appointment to measure. John showed up on time and went right to work, He checked all the frames on the windows and assured us they were all in good shape, John took the measurements, and said Sharon would call to set up an install date.

Sharon called a couple of days before the install date to let us know everything was on time and they would be there on the install date.

John showed up and had all the thermal pane windows replaced in no time, including the huge bay window thermal pane. The new thermals looked great, and at a fraction of the price the window company's quoted. It’s been over 6 years and our windows look as good as they did the first day they were installed.

We now have a summer home near Lindsay and wanted to install a couple of bathroom mirrors. We again called Johnson Glass & Mirror, Sharon answer the phone and suggested to install beveled mirrors she said they would look better than plain mirror in our bathrooms.

My wife and I are very happy with the work Johnson Glass & Mirror has done for us over the years.
